1. Services

We serve as a digital support brand, providing training, digital business operating systems, webdesign, webhosting, e-Commerce solutions, order systems, online marketing, SEO and GEO optimization, fix broken digital systems, and provide related services for trades, hotels, restaurants, auctioneers, pharmacies, florists, councils, small businesses and local brands in Ireland and the UK. We have a free service - sector and business analysis. A detailled report contains a multilayer analysis about your digital footprint, broken systems or errors to be found online. Worth 300 EUR, if you ask you get it for free. Smart Trades Training (STT), owned by Ray Michael (CRO 778363, Ireland), provides high-end digital infrastructure and automation through the DBOS (Digital Business Operating System) framework. We empower trades, hospitality, shops, and local brands with web-hosting, e-commerce, and system optimization.

2. Booking, Contract & Payment

Formation: A binding agreement is formed upon electronic acceptance, payment of an invoice, or via Stripe.

B2B Status: Clients acting in a professional capacity acknowledge that consumer withdrawal rights do not apply.

B2C Rights: Consumers / Sole Traders enjoy a 14-day cooling-off period, unless services are explicitly requested to start immediately.

3. Service Standards & Hosting

Uptime: We target a 99.5% monthly uptime for hosted environments.

Maintenance: Planned maintenance is announced 48 hours in advance to minimize disruption.

Third Parties: While we coordinate world-class hosting (currently transitioning to DBOS Google Cloud), we are not liable for external provider outages.

4. Cancellations & No-Show

• Notice Period: Standard termination requires 30 days' written notice to support@dbos.world.
• Late Payments: We reserve the right to suspend digital services if payments are overdue.
• Training/Consulting: Cancellations less than 24h before a session incur a 50% fee; no-shows are charged at 70%.

5. Intellectual Property & Liability

All DBOS system architectures and proprietary frameworks remain the exclusive property of STT.

Liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client within the 12 months preceding any claim.

6. Migration & Infrastructure Clause

Infrastructure & Service Migration: Smart Trades Training (STT) is currently transitioning its service infrastructure to the DBOS (Digital Business Operating System) environment, powered by Google Cloud for the NORAM and European region and Aliyun Cloud for the EMEA / APAC Region.

The Client acknowledges and agrees that STT may migrate the Client’s hosted data, websites, and automation tools from current third-party providers (e.g., Hostinger) to the DBOS Cloud infrastructure.

STT guarantees that such migration will maintain or improve current service standards. The Client will be notified 14 days prior to any migration that requires technical downtime.

This migration does not constitute a material change to the contract.

7. Disclaimer

Training content is provided with due care but is not legal, engineering, or architectural advice. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. Conduct

We expect respectful conduct in live sessions. We may remove participants who violate the code of conduct.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; the version/date above applies to new bookings.

10. Governing Law

Irish law; for consumers, mandatory protections of their home country remain.
