We serve as a digital support brand, providing training, digital business operating systems, webdesign, webhosting, e-Commerce solutions, order systems, online marketing, SEO and GEO optimization, fix broken digital systems, and provide related services for trades, hotels, restaurants, auctioneers, pharmacies, florists, councils, small businesses and local brands in Ireland and the UK. We have a free service - sector and business analysis. A detailled report contains a multilayer analysis about your digital footprint, broken systems or errors to be found online. Worth 300 EUR, if you ask you get it for free.
2. Booking & Payment
Bookings are confirmed upon payment via Stripe (when enabled) or as otherwise agreed. Prices in EUR incl. VAT unless stated.
3. Cancellations & No-Show
- ≥ 72 h before start: 20% fee remains due.
- ≥ 48 h before start: 30% fee remains due.
- < 24 h before start: 50% fee remains due.
- No-show: 70% remains due.
- Illness: participation at another date is possible without extra fee; the original booking fee remains due.
4. Materials & IP
Course materials are licensed for personal/business internal use. Sharing or public distribution is not permitted without written consent.
5. Disclaimer
Training content is provided with due care but is not legal, engineering, or architectural advice. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
6. Conduct
We expect respectful conduct in live sessions. We may remove participants who violate the code of conduct.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms; the version/date above applies to new bookings.
8. Governing Law
Irish law; for consumers, mandatory protections of their home country remain.
